Please contact me to discuss what you are looking for in therapy and to determine if we may be a good fit to work with each other. Before beginning therapy, I will meet with you for an initial intake session to learn more about your symptoms and history. We will then discuss treatment planning and delineate treatment goals to work on during subsequent 50-minute sessions. Treatment is individually tailored to meet the needs and goals of every client. 

 

I am an out-of-network provider. I do not participate with any health insurance plans. If you have an insurance plan that allows you to go to an out-of-network provider, you may be eligible for reimbursement. On request, I can provide you with monthly statements that have all of the information necessary so that you can submit them to your insurance company for reimbursement.

 

Please call me to discuss my current rate. For those experiencing financial hardship, reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. Payment is required at the start of each session. Cash or check is preferable but credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) is also accepted at this time.

 

If you would like to use out-of-network benefits, please contact your health insurance company directly (the number for member services is typically on the back of your insurance card). For your convenience, below are some questions you may want to ask your health insurance provider regarding your benefits: 

  • Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health services? 

  • What is my deductible and how much of my deductible have I already met?

  • How do I submit out-of-network claims for reimbursement?
